Sports massage

Sports massage derived from physiotherapy and well-being massage uses specific techniques such as lymphatic drainage and kneading prepare the body for a given activity.

Sports massage is naturally aimed at athletes, but not only at professional athletes; anyone who does physical activity on a regular basis will benefit. Used both in preparation for training and for recovery, sports massage is the ideal ally to pamper the body of which much is asked. It aims to preserve the mobility and flexibility of the joints as well as to relieve musculo-articular pain associated with training.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique, the objective of which is to improve blood and lymphatic circulation. It detoxifies the body, but also strengthens the immune system.
