Terms of reservations :

The services are only by reservation by telephone or via our online contact form.

Also to confirm your reservation, the session must be paid in full, a payment link will be sent to you by email or sms.

A confirmation text message will act as an agreement in order to agree on the reservation the day before the said service.

In the event of cancellation, the notice period will be 24 hours before said service, in which case the amount of the service cannot be refunded.

 

The period of validity of the pass from the 1st session is 1 month for the 2 hour pass and 2 months for the 4 hour pass.

In the event of non-use within the times indicated above, the remaining flat-rate hours will be discounted at the current rate for an individual session, an increase will therefore be requested from you in order to benefit from the remaining hours.
